BoxSort not using all sorting windows

Issue

The BoxSort sorting algorithm does not work beyond 30 samples. Any boxes beyond the 30^th sample in the waveform will not be used to classify the waveform during hardware sorting.

Workaround

Make sure no boxes extend beyond the 30^th sample or shorten your window width to 32 points. In v78 and above the maximum window width is 32 samples.
